Our research records contain business information about companies and publicly listed business contacts (name and title), gathered from public sources such as funding news, press releases and company websites. Our service is company research only. Services are limited to US companies and contacts at launch.

3. How we use information

To deliver samples and orders, respond to inquiries, process payments, send service messages and, where permitted, marketing about our services, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary sense and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising [CONFIRM].

With service providers (payments, hosting, form processing, communications tools) under appropriate terms, and as required by law.

5. Email & CAN-SPAM
